Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States only. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages Nuvara-shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@nuvara-shop.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuvara-shop.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
